About Ian

As a personal trainer and athletic coach for 20 years, I’ve always been in the business of helping people. Now, I love my job even more because I still am in the helping business and I get to combine that with another passion of mine: houses.

My Specialties

One of the things that sets me apart from other real estate agents is my knowledge about home renovation and repairs. I grew up in a construction family and worked in construction in my teen and early adult years. I enjoy doing home renovation projects and in fact, currently live in a house that we bought and renovated several years ago. This expertise has proven valuable to both my clients looking to buy a house as well my clients who are selling.

Also, I am a Certified iBuyer for the Keller Williams’ iBuyer program, Keller Offers (partnered with Offerpad).

Who Am I Really?

I’m passionate about my job as a real estate agent, but my biggest passions are the Lord and my family. My wife and I have an energetic 4-year old son and a sassy baby girl. When we’re not doing home projects or building something, we’re probably outside riding bikes or playing baseball. I grew up in Denver, and though I miss cold and snow SO MUCH, I’m glad my Texan wife brought us here because it really has become my home. I love the DFW area and feel blessed to be raising my family here.
